About the Presenter:
Dr. Freedman is a Member in the Department of Radiation Oncology. He is an Associate Director of the Breast Evaluation Center and Director of Residency and Fellowship Training in Radiation Oncology. Dr. Freedman received his M.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia. Prior to entering medical school, he had received an undergraduate degree in Classical Greek and Roman studies at the University of Virginia. During medical training, he received honors including the Award in Biochemistry and early election to the national medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. After serving his medical internship at Abington Memorial Hospital, he completed his residency training in radiation oncology at the Fox Chase Cancer Center.
